since i am here , might as well blog something , lol
ok i hate thursday , lol, cuz theres PE , damm
in sec PE is a good time for me , but now , lol
due to lack of running , my stamina realli sux now , haha
ok first run 1 round then do some warming up exercise then 3 rounds , after that i wanna die liao , then do some push up and standing board jump
after that 2 rounds again, then cool down excerise , lol
the last 2 rounds i took 4 minutes , and i was last , so i ran an extra of maybe 400m , hmm so as to say , i will start walking for a bit on my fifth round , lol , still can rite ?
but 6 rounds must 13 minutes which means 1 round about 2 minutes , haiz , can die , oh i notice something i keep saying my standing board jump will fail but i think i will fail at the sit and reach cuz i cant even touch my feet , lol , think game over liao la , haiz
oh ya ppl out there , remember to excerise and dont be like me , fucking lazy , lol , run a bit then wanna go crazy liao
